Augment application flow with targeted sourcing efforts for all assigned requisitions that have low applicant flow
Push the boundaries on sourcing and hiring tactics by constantly looking for new and creative ways to attract talent

Senior User Interface Designer

Job Description

The Senior UI Designer is a key player to improving the design and usability of LogicMonitor's application(s), ensuring they are highly functional, intuitive, visually compelling, and addressing the needs of the market. You'll lead the functional design of innovative screens, interactions and workflows for compelling enterprise SaaS products, in a fast-paced, agile environment

Lead and maintain UI component Design Library by designing appealing and simple UI components, styles, layouts, widgets and patterns that users delight in using for the future platform.
Will create and maintain new product design features (20% current platform, 80% new platform) and make ongoing improvements and suggestions to the company Design System processes.
Mentor future Designers in product on-boarding, UI industry knowledge and best practices, company Design System processes.
Support existing design request for the current platform that is consistent with the current UI and backed by user data.
Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and users to implement and maintain the current product requests and delivery of an elegant UI.
Interact with users and potential customers for design insights and to validate sketches and prototypes for the current and future platforms.

Business Development Representative

The Business Development Representative (BDR) executes outbound sales development campaigns to create qualified sales leads for the LogicMonitor sales team. The BDR is the "outbound spear" of the sales organization, and is expected to represent LM well, clearly communicate with prospective clients, listen to their needs, determine when they are good candidates for sales opportunities, and push learning from prospect engagements back into the BDR team in an effort to improve BDR productivity and create predictable BDR team results.

Information Security Architect

What You'll Do:

LogicMonitor’s InfoSec Team works to ensure the security of LogicMonitor’s systems, operations, and our customers. Our Security Architect gets to design, build, and manage technical security controls within our cutting-edge DevOps environments. Partnering closely with our InfoSec and SRE teams, the incumbent will evaluate, develop, and implement various security tools including access management systems, encryption services, IDS / IPS, vulnerability management, and security analytics systems that protect LogicMonitor's cloud and co-lo service centers. Monitoring Engineer

The Systems Integration Engineer is responsible for the development and ongoing improvement of core LogicMonitor monitoring modules, (DataSources, EventSources, ConfigSources, PropertySources, SysOID Maps, AppliesTo Functions), and all future monitoring modules within the product.
